Cancellation/ Return & Refund Policy

We keep things simple: we don’t do returns or refunds — unless it’s our fault.

Please read the full policy below before placing an order.


❌ Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • We process everything quickly — printing, packing, and prepping.

  • Double-check your address, size, and product choices before checkout.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • “Didn’t like it” or “Looks different from the picture”

  • Delays caused by courier companies

Our items are printed/produced in limited batches, often made-to-order. We don’t keep inventory lying around, so we can't swap things out.


✅ When We'll Help

If there’s a genuine issue, we’ve got your back. We only offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item is damaged or defective

  • The package is lost in transit (and the courier confirms it)

What you need to do:

  • Email us at [Insert Your Email] within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • Don’t throw away the packaging

If valid, we’ll either replace the item or refund you — case by case.


💸 Refunds (If Approved)

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

  • It may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or provider.


🧠 Final Thoughts

We’re a small fan-run business, not a mega corp. We put real effort into quality, so please respect the process. We won’t ghost you — if it’s a real issue, we’ll fix it.
